His extensive qualifications in Finance, Business Management, Property and Real Estate, together with a deep knowledge of the Australian real estate market have made him well equipped to be at the helm of No 8. With a lot of dreams and passion, Pramu came to Australia to create an identity for himself. He worked hard to channel every ounce of energy in those early days into learning and personal development to master the art of wealth creation through property.

Nesan holds various qualifications including Senior Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School, BA, Dip. Personal Financial Management, Cert iv. in Training and assessment, Cert. iv in Marketing, and Cert. in Business Acumen. He also attended the General Management program at the Australian Graduate School of Management and studied Strategic Innovation at UC Berkeley and European Business at Otto Beisham School of Management, Germany. Moreover, he holds the Gold Standard in Management as a Chartered Manager (UK) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders.

Along with several qualifications behind his name, Nesan also owns years of professional experience. With the previous career as a Financial Planner, Nesan appreciates the value of a property as an asset class, not only for intergenerational wealth creation but also for the potential to leverage property equity for future growth.
